We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Order to Cash Specialist to join our team at Sierra Space. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance for our contracts, delivery, and billing business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP and Dassian contracts and billing issues in a timely manner, including working directly with business users on production support and releases of new functionality.
- Enhance existing SAP functionality and request improvements with Dassian where applicable to continue to improve and evolve the solution with agile releases of new functionality into production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solution capabilities.
- Develop and execute testing plans for bug-fixes and new functionality to support change control processes.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP costing functionalities.
- Coordinate and collaborate across multi-discipline/multi-departmental teams to understand key aspects of various subsystems, safety/audit/compliance requirements, and operational requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation including, but not limited to: Software Requirements, Software User Guides, and Software Test Plans.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP professional who is passionate about delivering quality results and is committed to our mission of pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
