Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Excavation Ouellet Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including labouring, cleaning, and maintaining the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist construction team with labouring, cleaning, and maintaining the construction site
  • Perform manual labour tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
  • Operate hand tools and equipment, such as compactor and hand tools
  • Work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and extreme temperatures
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) training
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
  • Experience in civil engineering, water mains, irrigation and drainage, and transportation/travel
