Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Excavation Ouellet Inc. in Canada.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist our construction team with various tasks, including site preparation, equipment operation, and material handling. This is a physically demanding role that requires manual dexterity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist construction team with site preparation, including clearing and grading land
  • Operate equipment such as compactors and hand tools
  • Handle materials and supplies, including loading and unloading
  • Perform other tasks as required by the construction team
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) training
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 40-42 hour workweek. The work setting is a construction site, and staff accommodation is available. The language of work is French.
