Responsibilities:
  • Assist construction team with labouring tasks, including excavation, demolition, and site preparation.
  • Operate various equipment, such as compactors and hand tools, under the supervision of experienced operators.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform site maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing equipment and tools.
  • Assist with transportation of materials and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) training.
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate.
  • Experience in civil engineering, equipment operation, and construction specialization.
Work Environment:

Staff accommodation available. Construction site work environment. Physically demanding role requiring manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
