Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MANITOBA LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail professionals to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Cash Management: Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures to prevent errors and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
