Heritage Co-op is seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at our Food Store location in Brandon, MB

About the Role:

As an Overnight Baker, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of our bakery products, including measuring, baking, decorating, and pricing. You will also perform general housekeeping duties, assist Team Members when needed, and complete any other tasks assigned by the Bakery Manager.

  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional Guest service.
  • You have high standards for housekeeping and sanitation, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Team Members and management.
  • You are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
