Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a skilled professional to join their Trust, Wills, Estates, and Charities team in Vancouver.

This role offers a competitive salary up to $70,000 commensurate with experience, robust benefits, hybrid remote flexibility after the initial 6 months, and a group retirement savings plan.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all administrative duties, including email and calendar management, coordinating meetings, and preparing expense reports.
* Prepare and maintain a bring-forward system, providing appropriate reminders.
* Ensure all physical and electronic filing is organized and up to date on a regular basis.
* Liaise with Billing Coordinators for the monthly production of accounts.
* Provide backup coverage in the absence of other assistants or team members.
* Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 3+ years' working experience in Trusts, Wills, Estates, and Charities.
* Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office 365.
* Experience working with 3E, iManageWork, DocuSign.
* Ability to manage the practices of multiple lawyers.
* Ability to work independently and also be a flexible team player.
* Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
