Senior Trust Officer

As a Senior Trust Officer with Royal Trust Corporation of Canada, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of trust accounts, providing exceptional client service, and making day-to-day decisions to ensure efficient and accurate administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and co-trustees to ensure effective administration of trust accounts.
- Create comprehensive fiduciary solutions that meet client needs and goals, providing superior service and exceptional client experience.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships within Royal Trust Services and with RBC partners, balancing the needs of clients, employees, and shareholders.
- Proactively maintain timely written, verbal, and electronic communication with clients and key internal partners and contacts.
- Identify referral opportunities to appropriate professionals across the RBC network and develop strategies to leverage RBC's capabilities.
- Assist in ensuring employees within the team are able to achieve their potential through effective coaching, mentoring, communication, and training and development activities.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of trust and estate services.
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and a university degree or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of general investment, estate, financial, trust, and taxation issues, including economic conditions.
