Position: Liaison Engineering Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex issues with aircraft components and repairs during the manufacturing process
- Develop and implement effective solutions to structural and system problems, ensuring efficient documentation and communication
- Collaborate with production, design, procurement, and quality teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support and coaching to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
- Initiate process development and support internal and external client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and delivery
- Partner with external stakeholders to address commercial issues and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
- Minimum five years of experience in MRB or seven years of experience in aerospace design
- Extensive knowledge of aircraft structure and system installation requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience as a mentor and coach in a liaison team environment
- Familiarity with engineering mockups in CATIA V5
