About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Arm Logistics Ltd. as a key member of our delivery operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers
    • Train or arrange for training for delivery drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
    • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles as needed.
  • Supervise and Manage Team Members
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, with the potential to expand to 5-10 people.
    • Delivery drivers will report directly to you.
  • Administrative and Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Industry Experience and Personal Qualities
    • Experience working in an independently owned business or similar environment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Team player with a strong work ethic.
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 40 hours per week
