We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Realstar Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, including grounds, common areas, and resident units.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
- Ensure all maintenance systems, including pumps, generators, and sprinklers, are functioning properly.
- Conduct daily visual inspections of mechanical, HVAC, and sprinkler systems.
- Respond to and address resident maintenance requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs and reports.
- Background in residential property management or related business experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and aptitude for mechanical systems.
