Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and HR Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand and visibility, as well as providing HR support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing:
    • Develop and maintain our employer brand and image
    • Ensure visibility and recognition of Beauce Atlas through various marketing channels
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies
    • Create and update content for our website and social media platforms
    • Design and create visual materials, such as graphics and documents
  • Human Resources:
    • Organize employee attraction and engagement events
    • Optimize our onboarding and integration program
    • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions
    • Design and update HR tools and resources
    • Provide training and development opportunities for employees

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Pertinent studies in marketing, HR, communication, or a related field
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or HR
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
