Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue warm leads and referrals to drive sales growth
  • Assess risk and advise clients on insurance coverages tailored to their needs
  • Consistently meet sales quotas and quality targets
  • Manage the quote-to-bind process from start to finish
  • Implement underwriting guidelines and attend required training courses
  • Build a network of contacts and update sales strategies


Requirements:

  • RIBO licensed
  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of commercial lines or personal lines is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships
