Billyard Insurance Group Cambridge: Insurance Broker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at Billyard Insurance Group Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering comprehensive insurance solutions to families and businesses throughout Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue warm leads and referrals to ensure the close of deals
  • Assess risk and advise clients on insurance coverages tailored to their needs
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales quota and comply with business quality targets
  • Quote to Bind Process A-Z
  • Implement underwriting guidelines administered by various markets
  • Attend required training courses
  • Build a network of COI's and update marketing/sales tactics


Requirements:

  • RIBO licensed
  • 2+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Knowledge of Commercial Lines or Personal Lines on a proficient level
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal guidance
  • Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships with COI's
