Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at K Motel Steakhouse & Family Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Establish work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
