Food Service Manager

Join the 2 For 1 Family Pizza team as a Food Service Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that they are ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales data and customer feedback.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared to a high standard and that menu items are consistently presented.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to promote the food service operation and attract new customers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
