Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience Specialist

The role of Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience is a key position within our organization. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members and clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to members and clients, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Listen to and address the needs of members and clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial empowerment goals.
- Support and advise members and clients on available financial products and services, promoting the organization's cooperative values.
- Open accounts for members and clients, facilitating their financial transactions and providing personalized solutions.
- Identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to colleagues who can provide specialized support.
- Advise members and clients on the use of digital solutions, ensuring they are aware of the latest technological tools and resources.
