Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, prepare, and assemble a variety of correspondence, legal documents, and court forms using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook.
  • Provide coverage for legal administrative assistants across different practice areas as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for special projects within business services, as assigned.
  • Manage the opening and closing of client files, ensuring compliance with intake and closure procedures.
  • Prepare expense reports, docket entries, client accounts, e-billing, accounts receivable status, and collections.
  • Collaborate with team members when appropriate and necessary.
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
