About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Assistant to join our team at MAGCOR INC. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of layouts and measurements for building projects
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
  • Contribute to the construction of foundations, installation of floor beams, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roof systems
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Work site environment: Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy, dusty, and outdoors environments
  • Work setting: Construction, various locations, commercial, industrial, and residential
