Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the organization
- Provide legal counsel and advice to the Executive Leadership Team on all matters related to the company's operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
- Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including regulators and industry partners
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior legal or risk management role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
