Evening Kitchen Sanitation Associate

Primary Duties

Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen and banquet dishware, ensuring a constant supply of clean items.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of dishwashing equipment and its components.
  • Sanitizing stainless steel surfaces and preparation areas.
  • Washing pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, as well as cleaning display mirrors in the kitchen.
  • Cleaning ovens, stoves, and exhaust hoods.
  • Performing additional cleaning tasks as directed by the Executive Chef.
  • Ensuring the kitchen floor is swept and mopped, leaving no debris behind.
  • Disposing of waste from kitchen and banquet areas into appropriate containers.
  • Breaking down and disposing of empty boxes properly.
  • Cleaning the loading dock on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the staff cafeteria, including dishes and utensils.
  • Ensuring the work area is consistently clean and sanitized.
  • Assisting with food preparation as needed.

  • Physical capability to meet job demands, including:
    • Continuous standing and walking during shifts.
    • Regular lifting and carrying of items up to 30 lbs.
    • Occasional kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
    • Ability to navigate stairs and ramps.
  • Focus on guest satisfaction, maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.
