About the Role

We are seeking a highly responsible and reliable Kitchen Night Cleaner to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize all main kitchen and banquet kitchen dishes, glassware, and cutlery to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Clean and maintain the dishwashing machines, jet components, and other kitchen equipment as directed by the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying garbage containers, and breaking down boxes.
  • Assist with food preparation and other duties as instructed by the Executive Chef or Manager on Duty.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs and remain calm and courteous at all times.
