Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
The successful candidate will work within a consulting firm setting, contributing to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and improve the operations of departments providing administrative services
- Oversee the management of departments delivering various administrative functions
- Conduct thorough research to support departmental initiatives
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities
- Guide and advise staff involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory standards
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance departmental capabilities
- Prepare and present reports for management review regarding administrative services
- Maintain and organize inventory effectively
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Project
- Strong understanding of information technology
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Sound judgment and time management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
