Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at MD Auto. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that the office is clean and organized.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
