About the Team

We are recognized as one of the largest suppliers of automated equipment for conditioning, handling, and packaging across various sectors, including nutrition, agriculture, organics, and industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of a product portfolio, from initial market launch to end-of-life strategies, coordinating all related activities.
  • Strategically direct the development and trajectory of the product portfolio, considering customer needs, market demands, and emerging trends.
  • Lead the product development and maintenance initiatives, collaborating with design, development, and manufacturing teams to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the execution of projects associated with the product portfolio, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Formulate effective go-to-market strategies for each product, identifying suitable distribution channels, establishing pricing, and crafting promotional and communication plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure rigorous financial oversight of the product portfolio by developing and monitoring budgets, evaluating costs and revenues, and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and regulations relevant to all products in the portfolio, collaborating closely with compliance and quality assurance teams.
  • Actively cultivate relationships with sales teams, key decision-makers, and product influencers, ensuring strong connections and mutual understanding of goals and priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant educational background and approximately seven years of equivalent experience.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Experience within a multinational organization.
  • Enthusiasm for commercial relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient mediation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French and/or Spanish, both verbal and written.
