Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Education
    • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
    • Collaborate with early childhood educators to design and implement engaging programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Support Services
    • Assist with housekeeping and cooking duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Childcare and Education
    • Lead activities that promote creativity, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
    • Encourage children to express themselves through various forms of art and play.
    • Guide children in developing good eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
    • Submit written observations to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and challenges with children.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
