About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to join our team at A & D Custom Machining & Fabricating. As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools, ensuring high-quality parts are produced efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify Dimensions: Use precise measuring instruments to verify the dimensions of parts machined, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Tool Programming: Enter codes specifying speed, feed, and cut of the toolpath for CNC machine tools, ensuring efficient and accurate production.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate CNC machines, using your knowledge and skills to produce high-quality parts.
Requirements
  • Manual Dexterity: Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, essential for operating CNC machines and performing tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Physical Capabilities: Be able to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic, essential for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
