We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Feliza African Grocery and Beauty Store Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign tasks and duties to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering merchandise and authorizing returns as necessary.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing a positive shopping experience.
- Organize and maintain store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of office and volunteer staff, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
