- Assess long-term and disruptive trends in the industry, proactively addressing emerging challenges and opportunities.
- Propose skill development approaches and workforce planning to deliver capabilities for the future, ensuring the team is equipped to meet evolving client needs.
- Actively lead and support the attraction and retention of top-tier talent within program management, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Accountable for overall financial success and delivery of AECOM Program Management agreement, ensuring proactive communication with clients and AECOM leadership on program delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry standards and approaches, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage hands-on in the technical execution of client assignments, ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction.
- Ensure project work is undertaken in accordance with corporate health and safety policies and quality management systems.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in the management of programs exceeding $500M, including 4 years of leadership experience.
- Driver's license in good standing.
