Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Sheppard & Associates Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating the activities of the HR department, and ensuring they meet the organization's goals. The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Train staff
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Recruit and hire staff

We offer a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week and English as the primary work language.
