ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Investment Associate, you will collaborate closely with a Wealth Advisor in the cultivation and oversight of their client portfolio by offering effective client service and contributing to business development and sales initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

  1. Identify new business prospects to acquire additional assets and/or boost revenue
  2. Leverage your extensive knowledge of products and services to uncover new opportunities within the current client base
  3. Partner with Advisors and Total Wealth Specialists to enhance client relationships through comprehensive wealth planning
  4. Prepare, analyze, and present reports and recommendations to clients
  5. Collaborate with the Advisor to create and disseminate client communications and marketing materials
  6. Provide leadership to other associates on the team and within the branch by offering guidance and mentorship
  7. Regularly assess practices to ensure administrative processes are efficient and that administrative tasks are completed and documented for tracking purposes
QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience in the securities sector
  2. Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO
  3. Successfully completed the Wealth Management Essentials (WME)
  4. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management capabilities
  6. Exceptional client service skills, ensuring a professional and respectful experience
