Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Associate to join our team at TD Asset Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing and client servicing presentation materials within our team's SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop and maintain presentation materials that meet our high standards.
  • Exhibit strong time management, organizational skills, and prioritization abilities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Respond to routine and ad-hoc requests while meeting service level agreements and ensuring quality control and accuracy of outgoing materials.
  • Display ownership over sales support material content and effectively communicate content preferences to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to TDAM's brand guidelines and compliance requirements by adopting sales support best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to create efficiencies and lead projects to streamline and standardize processes.
Requirements
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Risk management mindset.
  • Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously.
  • Advanced user in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Possess a passion for learning about the wealth asset management business and a desire to grow skillset.
  • Fully bilingual (French and English) considered an asset.
  • Undergraduate degree or other relevant financial certification.
  • Five years of experience working in Financial Services, Asset Management, or Capital Markets.
  • Keen interest and understanding of investment and market concepts.
  • Investment industry accreditation considered an asset.
