Job Title: Bilingual Associate

TD Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing and client servicing presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal partners to produce high-quality marketing and client servicing presentation materials.
  • Exhibit strong time management, organizational skills, and understanding of which deliverables to prioritize and re-prioritize as additional intake requests/tasks are received.
  • Respond to routine and ad hoc requests while meeting service level agreements and ensuring quality control and accuracy of outgoing material.
  • Display ownership over sales support material content and effectively communicate content preference to stakeholders to ensure clear, informative, and value-added messaging.
  • Adhere to TDAM's brand guidelines and compliance requirements by adopting sales support best practices to ensure that materials produced are compliant and consistent across the team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to create efficiencies/provide value-add and lead projects to streamline/standardize processes as required.
  • Support, as required, for other client/sales activities at different stages of the pipeline.
Requirements:
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Risk management mindset.
  • Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously.
  • Advanced user in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Possess a passion for learning about the wealth asset management business and a desire to grow skillset.
  • Fully bilingual (French and English) considered an asset.
  • Undergraduate degree or other relevant financial certification.
  • Five years of experience working in Financial Services, Asset Management, or Capital Markets.
  • Keen interest and understanding of investment and market concepts.
  • Investment industry accreditation considered an asset.
