Job Summary:

ASL Distribution Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple branches or locations within the Eastern Region. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple branches or locations within the Eastern Region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive improvements and achieve operational goals.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to meet company objectives and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align regional goals with overall company strategy.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial performance for the region, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Assist with dispatch support and routing.
  • Understand the sortation process.
  • Build relationships with terminal managers.
  • Assist with driver issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a multi-location environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and metrics.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Work Environment:

This position is for busy, fast-paced terminals that run 5 to 7 days a week.
