About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist II to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare teams
- Developing and implementing pharmacy programs and services
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and research projects

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the BC College of Pharmacists
- A minimum of two years' hospital experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
