Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Specialist. This role involves working outdoors in a rural area, performing various tasks to maintain the work site and assist tradespersons and other workers.
Key Responsibilities- Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed
- Assist with surveying activities by holding stakes
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
- Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
- Clean machines and work areas
This role requires working outdoors in a rural area, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work site environment is physically demanding, with tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling. The successful candidate will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and follow all safety procedures.
