Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at BDC. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with entrepreneurs and small business owners, and providing customized financing and advisory solutions to support their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects to identify business opportunities and provide advice on financing and growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and grow existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver customized financing and advisory solutions to support business growth and development.
  • Conduct credit risk assessments and provide recommendations on loan approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial credit, business analysis, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the business world and entrepreneurial finance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
