Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we meet our quality control standards.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and inventory.
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback and suggestions.
  • Administrative and Financial Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and repairs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or supervisory role.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
    • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations.
