Position Overview
AutoPlanet Brampton is on the lookout for a Hybrid-Financial Services Manager. In this role, the FSM will oversee the coordination of finance and insurance product sales to our clientele. Acting as a vital link between lenders and financial institutions, the FSM will facilitate financial services for our dealership customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers feel valued and understood.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of manufacturer-specific vehicles and associated rebate, finance, and incentive programs.
- Stay informed about third-party financing options and effectively present these to customers.
- Exhibit a positive demeanor to enhance the experience for both customers and colleagues.
- Facilitate vehicle sales in compliance with industry regulations.
- Ensure all tasks are executed thoroughly and punctually, including the preparation of necessary documentation and contracts.
- Maintain accurate reports and records as required by manufacturers and dealership management.
- Participate in training sessions as scheduled by management.
- Provide competitive and reasonable quotes for products and services.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle deliveries.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with finance companies, banks, and suppliers.
- Collaborate effectively with sales management and staff.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services Management or Automotive Sales.
- Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Prior sales experience in automotive, retail, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Creative and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude, even under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid OMVIC license is required or must be obtained.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Google Suite & Dealership Management Systems is an asset but not mandatory.

***Compensation will be based on experience, knowledge, and potential bonus earnings.***
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $100,000 - $210,000
