- Ensure that all transportation activities comply with relevant regulations and laws.
- Policy Development
- Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
- Negotiations and Scheduling
- Negotiate with service providers to secure preferential rates and services.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
- Operations Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervision and Team Management
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure that all transportation activities are conducted in a secure and safe manner.
- Personal Qualities
- Accurate and reliable in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience and Qualifications
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35-40 hours of work per week.
