Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
  • Create high-quality content that aligns with our marketing strategy and brand guidelines, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots to capture high-quality content for our social media channels.
  • Provide administrative and project support for marketing campaigns, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in creating and administering marketing programs and materials, such as email campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and manage our online reputation across various locations, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry and its trends.
  • Experience in video and photo editing, as well as content creation.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and strategy, including social media marketing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as marketing or communications.
  • Certifications in social media management or a related field are an asset.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and email marketing platforms is an asset.
  • Knowledge of public relations and its applications in the fitness industry is an asset.
