Job Title: Sales Fulfillment Coordinator

Regina Exhibition Association Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of sponsorships, advertising, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of sponsorships, advertising, and events
  • Coordinate and track deliverables for contracts and agreements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers
  • Administer and maintain sales databases and file systems
  • Coordinate and update digital networks and sponsor signage
  • Prepare and distribute proposals, contracts, and reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sponsorship team
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a business office environment
  • Experience in marketing/sales or support function to those areas
  • Ability to design and format complex documents using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
