Job Title: Sales Fulfillment Coordinator

Regina Exhibition Association Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of sales materials, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing and distributing sales materials, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.
  • Coordinate and execute sales events, including preparing promotional materials, managing logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of sales materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
