We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling Stryker's products to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products to customers.
- Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate wins with Sales Representatives to exceed goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation.
- Live and exemplify Stryker's Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance.
- Assist Sales Representatives in the promotion and sale of Stryker products.
- Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff personnel on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
- Direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings.
- May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.
- Keep Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Sales informed of territory progress on a regular basis.
- Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
- Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
- Have authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities.
- University Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Bilingual French and English beneficial.
- 1+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields is preferable).
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.
