Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at TIM HORTONS BRIDGEWATER. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Budgeting: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
