Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Mamma Mia Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Supervise staff and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures
- Train staff on new procedures and policies
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Organize and maintain inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
