Restaurant Manager

Mamma Mia Pizza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting the high standards of our restaurant.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
