About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpentry Foreman/Woman to join our team at Cobrafer Construction Ltd. as a Construction Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters, apprentices, and other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work sites and ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Resource Management: Requisition materials and supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all work sites are safe and compliant with regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working outdoors in a noisy environment. You will be required to work at various construction sites, and may be required to travel to different locations.
