Carpentry Supervisor

Cobrafer Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of carpentry components, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters, apprentices, and other tradespeople
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Requisition materials and supplies, and ensure timely delivery
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
- Train and mentor junior staff members
- 2+ years of experience in carpentry or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a construction environment
