We're seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team at Lawn Plus Canada - Caledon. As a General Labourer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality home services, including lawn care and painting/staining projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete projects from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of quality and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site and project area.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct door-to-door marketing in neighborhoods surrounding work sites.
Requirements:
  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work, but not necessary - we'll provide training.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle or transportation.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills are a must.
  • Coachability and a willingness to learn are essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $16-$21/hour, depending on experience and responsibility.
